Job summary

Signify in Poland (Piła) is seeking a Finished Goods Planner to join our Supply Chain team. You will play a critical part in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory levels, and driving supply chain excellence across our international network.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning or inventory management.
Fluent English in speaking and writing.
Proven knowledge of planning tools and systems (e.g., SAP IBP/APO).

Responsibilities

Ensure product availability across the assigned portfolio.
Manage inventory replenishment and maintain optimal stock levels.
Maintain planning master data and planning parameters per guidelines.
Create and manage intake plans across the planning horizon.
Release purchase orders according to the supply plan and confirm with suppliers.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve issues.
Monitor supply chain performance and drive continuous improvements.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve replenishment efficiency.
