Job summary

ARCHE Consulting is seeking a Supply Planner in Warsaw to coordinate production, supply, and capacity plans for an end-to-end supply chain. You will balance customer service, costs, and inventory while working closely with planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, commercial, and finance teams.

You will identify risks, translate plans into daily execution, and lead long-term capacity planning through scenario modelling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in FMCG or international environment.
• Hands-on experience in supply, material, or distribution planning.
• Understand trade-offs between customer service, costs and inventory in planning.
• Experience with planning systems such as SAP, Blue Yonder or similar.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI/SQL and data warehouses are a plus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree or technical background in logistics, manufacturing, engineering, information systems or business.
• Willingness to work in a shift pattern (08:00-16:00 and 16:00-24:00), including up to two evening shifts per week.

• Monitor planning KPIs and continuously improve planning processes.

Job description

As a Supply Planner, you will coordinate production, supply, and capacity plans to ensure a smooth and efficient end-to-end supply chain. You will proactively identify risks, develop practical solutions, and maintain the right balance between customer service, costs, and inventory levels. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will turn plans into effective day-to-day production execution.

Your responsibilities:

• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through inventory analysis, constraint management, and contingency planning.
• Balance demand, available resources, materials, and production capacity to create feasible Master Production Schedules (MPS).
• Lead long-term capacity planning through scenario modelling and bottleneck management.
• Translate weekly production plans into daily production schedules while considering material availability and operational constraints.
• Collaborate closely with planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, commercial, and finance teams to ensure alignment across the supply chain.
• Optimize the supply network by analyzing cost-to-serve, customer service levels, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor planning KPIs and continuously improve planning processes.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably within an FMCG or international environment.
• Hands-on experience in supply, material, or distribution planning.
• Good understanding of the trade-offs between customer service, costs, and inventory in supply chain planning.
• Experience working with planning systems such as SAP, Blue Yonder, or similar solutions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SQL, data warehouses, or system implementations will be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and perform scenario analysis.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree or technical background, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, engineering, information systems, or business.
• Willingness to work in a shift pattern (08:00-16:00 and 16:00-24:00), including up to two evening shifts per week.
