Job summary

Signify Piła, Poland seeks a Component Planner to ensure component availability, support production continuity, and deliver excellent service to customers. You will collaborate with suppliers, production teams, and supply chain stakeholders while developing planning, analytics, and continuous improvement skills.

The role requires strong English and Polish, Excel proficiency, analytical thinking, and clear communication. Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure availability of components required to fulfill customer orders while maintaining production continuity.
  • Plan and calculate material requirements considering supplier lead times, flexibility agreements, order quantities, and delivery conditions.
  • Monitor supplier performance and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve delivery reliability and component availability.
  • Manage and maintain SAP parameters and logistics master data.
  • Prepare and analyze supply chain reports and performance metrics.
  • Monitor daily and monthly KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support supply chain decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize planning processes and supply chain performance.

More about the role Component Planner Piła, Poland At Signify, we're looking for a Component Planner to join our Professional Factory in Piła. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supply chain, logistics, and data analysis who wants to make a real impact in a global organization. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring component availability, supporting production continuity, and delivering excellent service to our customers. You'll work closely with suppliers, production teams, and supply chain stakeholders while developing your expertise in planning, analytics, and continuous improvement. You’ll be part of the Signify Factory Supply Chain team in Digital Solutions Factory in Pila, whose main responsibility is to sustain highly excellent processes in supply chain from end-to-end to provide world class service and ensure high customer satisfaction, so agility and ability to manage complexity must be in your DNA.

What You'll Do

As a Component Planner, you will:
