Revolut Ltd in Krakow is seeking a Financial Crime Compliance Manager (Quality Control) to enhance our quality control and risk management processes. You will review decisions and deliverables across the 1LoD and 2LoD, provide actionable feedback, and identify trends to improve agent performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, banking, or regulatory bodies.
• 3+ years in FinCrime across CDD, AML, sanctions, monitoring.
• Ability to clearly document risks and issues when reviewing work.
• Knowledge of industry best-practice FinCrime controls.
• Results-driven, pragmatic, detail-oriented approach.
• Interest in compliance and willingness to deepen knowledge.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Review quality and documentation of decisions by FinCrime SMEs and Compliance Managers across 1LoD and 2LoD.
• Provide actionable feedback to teams on control enhancements and clarity of procedures.
• Identify trends in case handling to improve agent performance.
• Contribute to compliance processes and standards to improve adherence to quality standards and company policies.
