Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Quality Analyst for FinCrime to ensure regulatory and policy compliance across fraud investigations. You will review escalation cases, provide actionable feedback to analysts and compliance teams, and help uphold high standards of investigative rigor in a fast‑moving fintech environment.

You will learn procedures, report issues to management, and coach new colleagues while collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Operations and Risk teams across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years FinCrime processes in regulated environments or 2+ years fraud-related experience.
• Experience with regulated complaints/disputes and fraud legislation.
• Fluency in English (C1+).
• Strong understanding of financial crime typologies and investigative proficiency.
• Ability to interpret and verify information and gather relevant details for investigations.
• Proficient with data-driven investigative tools and dashboards.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Operations and Risk.
• Experience reviewing investigative decisions and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Quality-check fraud escalation cases and identify outcomes' successes and failures.
• Provide data-driven feedback to compliance teams and analysts.
• Learn and apply compliance procedures; report procedural issues to management.
• Coach new team members and collaborate across locations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
