Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fintech or financial services compliance/risk
• Experience in fincrime compliance, assurance, or audit
• Familiarity with assurance/audit reviews
• Expertise in controls, risk, and policy testing
• Excellent stakeholder engagement to ensure regulatory compliance
• Experience interrogating large data sets for insights
• Results-driven, pragmatic, and detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills
• Experience creating/testing scripts or procedures

Responsabilités

• Design and implement a compliance testing and assurance programme
• Complete assurance reviews and testing activities using data analytics
• Identify opportunities to improve regulatory adherence and company standards
• Lead remediation efforts and update processes and training as needed
• Manage multiple concurrent reviews across jurisdictions with reporting on outcomes
• Challenge colleagues to strengthen risk controls and processes
• Use data analytics to derive actionable insights improving the control environment
