Revolut in Poland is seeking a Financial Crime Compliance Assurance Manager to lead and elevate the testing and assurance program across regulatory risk areas.

You will design assurance reviews, leverage data analytics, and partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance with global standards while delivering practical customer outcomes. Fluency in English is required; fintech and regulatory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or financial services with a focus on risk and compliance.
• Proven ability to design and execute assurance/audit reviews and testing.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication with senior teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement a compliance testing and assurance programme.
• Conduct assurance reviews and testing using data analytics.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen regulatory adherence and standards.
• Lead remediation efforts and document processes and training.
• Manage multiple concurrent reviews and report findings to leadership.
• Drive risk controls improvement and effective governance throughout the org.
