Qualifications

The main stakeholders are the CSE HUB Finance Manager, Business Controllers, and CoE FP&A Manager.Key Responsibilities:Performing month-end financial closing activities, including validating financial data, completing reconciliations, reviewing exceptions, and preparing and posting journal entries in SAPSupporting routine invoicing processes: SAP data entry validation and documentation follow-up for manual invoices and back chargesPreparing ad-hoc reports and supporting planning activities such as Cost Center reviews, FTE and Backlog reporting, as requested by business stakeholdersPerforming variance analyses of actual results against the rolling forecast and budgetParticipating in and supporting internal control projects and related administrative tasksSupporting process design enhancements to standardize processes and controls, simplifying and rationalizing the control environmentSupporting process reviews to identify sustainable control improvements, and performing quality reviews to help ensure high-quality risk and control executionOptimizing performance by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, and coordinating information.You will become part of an FP&A team based in Kraków that emphasizes cooperation and effective results.
