Job summary

Radom, a payments infrastructure company operating at the intersection of crypto and traditional banking, is hiring a senior financial operations lead. You’ll run internal accounting end to end, manage FP&A and banking relationships, and help shape the business model in a fast-moving, outcome-driven team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial operations, accounting, or finance roles at fintech, payments company, EMI, or crypto business.
• Hands-on accounting ability — you can run a close, keep clean books, and explain every line.
• Strong modeling and spreadsheet skills; you build forecasts people actually steer by.
• Direct experience with KYB/onboarding processes — opened business bank or EMI accounts before.
• Exceptional written English — applications, questionnaires and partner correspondence are core.
• Comfort with crypto: you understand stablecoins, wallets and on/off-ramps, or can get fluent fast.
• Precise, organized and self-directed — you chase things to done without being chased.

Job description

Radom is a payments infrastructure company at the intersection of crypto and traditional banking. Businesses use Radom to accept crypto through checkout, payment links, invoicing and subscriptions; to hold and convert balances across crypto, EUR and USD; and to send payouts worldwide — over blockchain networks and local banking rails alike. Everything runs through one account, one dashboard and one API, and our customers range from e-commerce and SaaS companies to affiliate networks, PSPs and fintechs. We're a small, senior, fast-moving team where everyone owns real outcomes.

The role

We move money for a living — this role owns the money side of the business itself. You'll run our internal finances end to end, keep our numbers and forecasts sharp, and build out the banking and EMI relationships that our product literally runs on. It's a hybrid of hands-on accounting, FP&A, and banking/partnerships operations: one week you're closing the month and updating the revenue model, the next you're assembling a bank account application in Switzerland or negotiating terms with an EMI. You'll work directly with the founders and have unusual visibility into how a payments company works from the inside.

What you'll do

• Own internal accounting — bookkeeping and month-end close (with external accountants where needed), invoicing, AP/AR, expense management, and reconciliation across fiat and crypto accounts, in a multi-entity, multi-currency setup.
• Own projections and revenue tracking — maintain the financial model, track revenue across fees, FX and payment flows, monitor unit economics and runway, and produce clear reporting for founders and investors.
• Open and manage bank accounts across jurisdictions — prepare, file and drive applications in the UK, Poland, Canada, Switzerland and Malta: KYB packs, compliance questionnaires, correspondence, and follow-through until accounts are live and healthy.
• Source and manage EMI and BaaS partnerships — identify providers for payment accounts, safeguarding, and banking rails; run evaluation and due diligence; negotiate pricing and limits; own the relationships day to day and elevate when things break.

What we're looking for

• Direct experience with KYB/onboarding processes — you've opened business bank or EMI accounts before and know what a strong application pack looks like.
• Exceptional written English — applications, questionnaires and partner correspondence are a core part of the job.
• Comfort with crypto: you understand stablecoins, wallets and on/off-ramps, or can get fluent fast.
• Precise, organized and self-directed — you chase things to done without being chased.

Nice to have

• Accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or Polish equivalent).
• Experience with crypto accounting or sub-ledger tooling, or with accounting software like Xero/QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with EMI/PSP regulation, safeguarding, or VASP/MiCA frameworks.
• An existing network among EMIs, BaaS providers, or banking partners.
• Polish language skills are a plus.
