BNY is seeking a Director, Fund/Client Accounting Manager in Wroclaw, Poland to lead NAV and reporting for a diverse client base. The role drives strategy, staffing, and client relationships while ensuring high-quality financial disclosures and compliance across OEICs, UCITS, and SICAVs.

You will oversee multiple teams, shape functional strategy, and partner with senior stakeholders and auditors to deliver accurate, timely results. This is a key leadership role within the talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent education/experience.
• 7–10 years total experience with 3–5 years in management.
• Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions.
• Proven track record leading fund accounting conversions.
• Deep knowledge of OEICs, UCITS & SICAVs in EMEA.
• Strong client facing and senior stakeholder management experience.
• Strong project management and large, diverse team leadership.

Responsabilités

• Establish NAV guidelines across fund sectors and manage central site budget.
• Lead relationship management for a diverse client portfolio and support sales via RFP/RFI.
• Provide oversight to ensure completeness of financial statement disclosures and resolve escalated issues.
• Define policies for drafting financial reports reviewing fund performance.
• Recruit, lead, and develop staff to maximize contributions and collaboration.
• Manage relationships with senior auditors and clients to ensure accurate reporting.
