Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking a Financial Analysis and Reporting Specialist (Power BI) to monitor performance, analyze data, and deliver insightful dashboards across operations.

You will drive process optimization, support decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid office setting in Kraków, with a strong focus on Excel and Power BI proficiency and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations, workload, backlogs, and SLA performance.
• Identify, assess, and elevate operational risks, incidents, and service disruptions.
• Support business continuity and operational stability during disruptions.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking updates.
• Analyze performance trends and provide data-driven improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate communication between operational teams, management, and support functions.
• Monitor staffing levels, capacity planning, and workload distribution across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and standardization.

Your role

As a Financial Analysis and Reporting Specialist (Power BI), you will monitor operational performance, service levels, and workload distribution across teams. You will analyze data and trends, create insightful dashboards and reports, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and support decision-making through actionable recommendations. You will also drive process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
