Job summary

Capgemini Kraków invites you to join a finance team responsible for end-to-end monthly reporting, including P&L, cash flow and capex, with variance analyses for senior stakeholders.

You’ll support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning while driving process improvements and automation across the business. English proficiency and a proactive, collaborative approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in financial reporting, controlling, or business analysis with P&L ownership.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with relevant certifications.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel; BI tools like Power BI or Tableau are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborative, proactive, and fluent in English across a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly reporting cycles including full P&L, cash flow, and capex.
• Provide variance analyses and performance commentary to senior stakeholders.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning activities.
• Deliver ad hoc insights, scenario modeling and analytical support across finance and business teams.
• Develop rolling forecasts and contribute to annual budgeting and KPI tracking.

Your Role

In this role you will be responsible for managing end-to-end monthly financial reporting cycles, including full P&L, Cash Flow, and Capex, while delivering clear variance analyses and performance commentary to senior stakeholders. You will support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning activities, as well as providing ad hoc analytical support and scenario modelling across the business. Working closely with the Manager and the wider finance team, you will contribute to continuous improvements in reporting processes and automation, playing a key role in shaping the financial insight that drives strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Your Tasks

• Managing monthly reporting cycles and forecasting submissions, covering full P&L, Cash Flow, and Capex, using standardized financial templates.
• Preparing monthly performance reviews with clear commentary and detailed variance analyses to support senior stakeholders.
• Delivering ad hoc financial insights, scenario modelling, and analytical support across a range of finance and business teams.
• Developing and maintaining rolling financial forecasts for the current fiscal year and contributing to long‑term strategic planning.
• Supporting the annual budgeting process and ongoing KPI tracking, while driving continuous improvements in reporting efficiency and automation.

Your Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting, controlling, or business analysis roles, with exposure to P&L ownership.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, supported by relevant professional certifications.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative and proactive approach, with a good command of English and the ability to work effectively across a complex. organization.
