Job summary

The Kraków Rolls-Royce Global Capability Centre is hiring a senior figure to lead Finance Operations. You will shape financial accounting, reporting services and drive improvements across the GBS function. Partner with finance leaders to align strategy with financial planning and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters level in Finance and Accounting.
• Accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA) or international equivalent.
• Strong leadership and team-building experience in GBS/shared services.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the GBS Finance Operations team through management and governance of financial accounting and reporting services.
• Oversee and lead Finance and accounting for the business supported, and provide solutions to senior management on financial and business issues aligned to customer needs.
• Influence development of strategy at Business Unit/Function level and translate it into a financial plan that improves business performance.
• Deliver high-quality, efficient services and drive continuous improvement across processes in the local GBS Finance Operations.
• Lead the establishment and development of the GBS Finance team in Kraków Centre, designing and expanding the organisation.
