Capgemini Polska is seeking a Finance Transition Project Manager to lead end-to-end transformation initiatives for global clients. The ideal candidate brings about 10 years of experience in Finance, Transition Management, or Project Management, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and English

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Transition Management and proven end-to-end project delivery.
• Around 10 years of professional experience in Finance, Transition Management, or Project Management.
• Experience in Project Management with certification is an asset.
• Understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO market and delivery of transition programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, risk management and multi-function coordination.
• Excellent communication across diverse stakeholder groups and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business transformation and transition projects for global clients.
• Provide expert advisory services throughout the transition process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
• Develop transition strategies and roadmaps tailored to client needs.
• Identify risks and create mitigation plans; manage expectations and progress reporting.
