Pepco Group is seeking a Head of Finance – Customer in Poznań to lead a finance partner team, shaping commercial strategy and delivering high-quality decision support across Customer, Marketing, Digital and IT.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive ROI assessments, manage planning, forecasting and governance, and steer cost management and investments in a fast-moving retail and digital transformation environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant finance experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Experience in retail or consumer-focused environments is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial finance / business partnering and ROI focus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a finance partner team supporting the customer agenda.
• Provide financial insight and governance to senior leaders and ExCo.
• Drive strategic planning, forecasting, and cost/investment management across functions.
• Translate data into actionable business decisions and ROI insights.
