Job summary

You will develop a technical team, own key vendor relationships, safeguard financial controls and regulatory compliance, and drive automation across the finance platform, while collaborating with Finance and Operations leadership.

Qualifications

6+ years’ hands-on experience with financial systems (3+ years leading teams).
Strong SQL and system integration skills.
Proven working manager with hands-on delivery.
Deep knowledge of finance processes and controls.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Finance Systems team—setting objectives, mentoring, and recruitment.
Own and execute the strategic roadmap for finance systems aligned to business priorities.
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure system availability and SLAs.
Safeguard financial controls and regulatory compliance across IG operations.
Own key vendor relationships and drive system upgrades with leadership partners.
Drive transformation, automation and process optimization within the estate.
Coordinate resources and timelines for system implementations and critical workstreams.
