Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert (Contractor) to support a global AI training project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You’ll evaluate AI outputs, annotate data, and propose improvements across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, and other platforms.

Required are 3+ years in financial accounting or FP&A, strong Excel skills, and experience with AI training/data evaluation. Remote, worldwide collaboration with flexible scheduling is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in financial accounting or FP&A with accounting responsibilities.
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Experience with multiple financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and close workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess workflows and financial systems logic across platforms like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI outputs for accounting tasks.
• Create realistic scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support transactional recording through month‑end close and reporting.
