Job summary

HAVI in Kraków is seeking a Finance Specialist for General Ledger & Controlling. You will ensure accuracy of financial records, lead month‑end and year‑end closes, and perform reconciliations and journal postings in a US GAAP framework.

The role requires solid accounting knowledge, 2+ years in R2R, SAP experience, and strong Excel skills. You will collaborate across teams in a dynamic, international environment and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance within the R2R area.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies with high accuracy.
• Experience in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Experience in balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Strong SAP skills in finance modules.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and corporate guidelines.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
