Job summary

Sanoma is seeking a Finance Specialist with focus on Accounts Receivable for our Warsaw office in a permanent, hybrid role. You will manage AR activities, postings, allocations, refunds, and reconciliations to safeguard cash flow.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 3+ years in AR, and fluency in English and Polish. SAP experience and strong Excel skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance or similar.
• 3+ years of previous experience from a role in accounting or accounts receivable.
• Professionally proficient in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable activities including postings, allocations, refunds and reconciliations.
• Monitor and report open aging receivables and support cashflow with stakeholders.
• Support month-end processes with timely closings and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Sanoma Accounting Services and local accounting team; participate in projects.
