Orange Polska in Kraków seeks a Finance Analyst Partner – Reporting Lead within the R2VC team. You will ensure data quality, oversee reporting timeliness, and act as single point of contact for users across France and Europe.

Fluent in French and English, you bring finance or accounting experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and willingness to learn Power BI. Hybrid work model offered with 2 days in office.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English for daily contacts with French speakers and internal teams.
• Solid experience in controlling/finance or accounting.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI/Power Query a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data quality and timeliness for reports within scope.
• Monitor report updates and validate data quality.
• Lead incident management and communicate resolutions.
• Master end-to-end processes and tools; manage access and change requests.
• Promote reports and broaden their usage with stakeholders.
