Клиент в секторе возобновляемой энергетики ищет Finance Manager / Senior Project Controller для комплексного управления финансовой частью проекта на европейском уровне. Включает подготовку аналитики, контроль бюджета и взаимодействие с партнерами и финансирующими организациями.

Обязанности включают контроль исполнения бюджета, финансовую прозрачность проекта и ежемесячный учет, а также подготовку данных для руководства и внешних стейхолдеров. Возможна работа по гибридному графику.

Qualifications

• Высшее образование в области финансов.

Responsibilities

Описание: For our Client, a company in the renewable energy sector, we are looking for a Finance Manager / Senior Project Controller. The person in this role will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the financial area of a project unique on a European scale. Their responsibilities will include reporting, controlling, liquidity management and preparing analyses to support business decisions. Ensuring the project's financial transparency, ongoing budget control and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, including project partners and financing institutions, will be of key importance.

• Responsibility for the project's entire finance area in the role of Finance Manager
• Monitoring and reporting on the execution of capital expenditure
• Supervising the project's liquidity and ensuring funds are available to carry out the investment
• Preparing reports and analyses for the consortium of banks financing the project
• Providing data and studies required by financial institutions
• Reporting on investment progress to headquarters
• Carrying out the monthly controlling close, including creating accruals and estimates
• Participating in the preparation of budgets, financial plans and investment plans
• Analysing budget execution, including identifying and explaining variances
• Preparing data for ongoing reports in line with business needs
• Creating and developing tools to support effective project controlling management
• Preparing financial analyses to support management decisions
• Cooperating with project partners on financial matters

Требования

• Relevant higher education
• Experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of the renewable energy/construction/general contracting/infrastructure sector
• Будет плюсом: Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
