Job summary

Addepto, a leading AI and data engineering company, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee Polish accounting, reporting and compliance within the global KMS Technology group.

You will partner with international finance teams in Vietnam, Poland, and the US, turning financial data into insights that drive growth across Europe. This hands-on role combines strong finance fundamentals with analytics, budgeting, forecasting and systems improvement to support scalable business decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial reporting and compliance.
• Strong data analysis and insight generation.
• Collaboration with FP&A and Group Finance teams.
• Experience with international finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Polish financial reporting and compliance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and risks.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.
• Act as finance business partner for management.
• Monitor KPIs: revenue, margins, utilization.
• Oversee cash flow and working capital.
• Support systems integration and automation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
