Job summary

Addepto is seeking a Financial Accountant to coordinate accounting activities in Poland and align local data with group reporting. You will liaise with external providers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate financial data and robust reporting across NetSuite (KMS) and period-end processes.

You will work with international teams in Vietnam and Poland, upholding US GAAP, and driving improvements in accounting workflows within a dynamic AI and data engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles; US GAAP preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or NetSuite) and MS Office; NetSuite experience desirable.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records; strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; high integrity and confidentiality.
• Good communication skills in English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accounting activities between the external provider in Poland and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting data and processes.
• Validate and align local accounting data with group reporting requirements.
• Review and post selected transactions and adjustments in NetSuite (KMS).
• Reconcile general ledger balances and investigate discrepancies.
• Oversee intercompany transactions and ensure proper recording.
• Support month-end closing process and prepare financial reports.
• Provide accurate financial data for internal and group reporting purposes.
• Monitor cash flow and perform bank reconciliations.
• Support payment processes and ensure cash availability.
• Reconcile differences between local statutory books and NetSuite.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.
• Support audits and cooperate with external auditors.
• Identify and implement improvements in accounting and reporting processes.
• Support system updates and coordination with IT (NetSuite).
