Job summary

GFT Poland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a banking project focusing on AI/ML. The role involves defining data and functional requirements, collaborating with data/ML engineers, and ensuring regulatory alignment. Hybrid work with two days in the office is available.

You will analyze AI-enabled use cases, manage backlogs, and communicate across business, risk and tech stakeholders in English. A minimum of four years’ BA experience in tech or banking is required.

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or banking.
• Experience using AI models.
• Fluent English in professional settings.

Contract of employment

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will join a banking project for an international Client.

• Analyze business use cases where AI/ML can support operations, risk, automation or decisioning.
• Define functional and data requirements for AI-enabled features or ML-supported processes.
• Capture input data, decision points, explainability, controls and human-in-the-loop requirements.
• Work closely with data/ML engineers to make requirements clear, feasible and testable.
• Support governance, compliance and operational readiness for AI-enabled components.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet regulatory and risk management requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with business, risk, and technology stakeholders.
• Min. 4 years of experience as Business Analyst in a technology or banking environment
• Experience in using AI models
• Ability to perform functional and business analysis and manage a product backlog.
• Fluency in English
• Experience working in Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode (2 days per week in the office)
