Job summary

PPG in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking a Business Analysis Specialist (m/f/d) to join the Finance Frontline IT team. On-site with Flexible Friday Policy, you will work with Finance, Sustainability, Regulatory, and IT to implement SAP RDP solutions and drive governance, process improvements, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in business analysis, with strong communication skills and experience supporting IT projects. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of business analysis experience or related roles.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting IT projects or technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
• Facilitate workshops with Finance, Sustainability, Regulatory, and IT teams.
• Support SAP Responsible Design and Production (RDP) initiatives.
• Create process flows, user stories, test scripts, and training materials.
• Coordinate planning, status tracking, and risk/issue management.
• Assist with change management and end-user training.
• Collaborate with global teams and external partners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Contribute to BI and BA best practices within Finance Frontline IT.
