Job summary

Schaeffler is a dynamic global technology company seeking an SAP FI/CO consultant to design solutions within CO and PS, supporting Apptio, and driving future S/4 readiness. You will collaborate with HQ IT and business teams to optimize cross-functional processes and ensure data integrity across SAP/Apptio tooling.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and fluency in English and Polish (German an asset). Hybrid work from Wroclaw is offered with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a SAP FI/CO consultant with CO and PS expertise.
• Knowledge of customizing, data structures (ECC 6.0 with New-GL) and FI/CO integration with logistics.
• Proficiency in SAP Project System.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to continuously improve knowledge & skills, learn new tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very good command of English and Polish (min. B2).
• German language knowledge is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP FI/CO solutions focusing on CO, PS, including cost center/accounting, internal orders, product costing, and project system structuring and settlement.
• Analyze, understand, optimize, and develop business processes in coordination with HQ IT and business units for cross-functional alignment.
• Support IT Financial Management in Apptio, including planning, billing, and IT cost reporting.
• Develop and maintain documentation for functional/technical specs and configuration; perform tests with business units.
• Contribute to strategic Finance/Controlling projects and future S/4 operations within ongoing implementation.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP CO, PS, and Apptio ensuring data quality across tools.
