Job summary

emagine is seeking a Finance Integration Specialist to support post-acquisition integration within Group Finance. You will work closely with the acquired local finance team, mapping processes, risks and capacity while ensuring Group plans reflect what the local team can deliver.

You will embed early, support hands-on reconciliations and historical balance analysis, translate requirements into actions, and build trust through regular on-site work across countries as part of a dynamic global

Qualifications

Solid experience in accounting, financial controlling, audit or a similar finance role.
Knowledge of GL accounting, balance sheets, month-end close and reconciliations.
Comfort with ERP systems and Excel; quick to learn new systems.
Experience across teams, entities or countries; collaboration at all levels.
M&A, integration or due diligence experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Embed early: understand accounting setup, close process, systems and workload.
Support hands-on: assist with Group requests, reconciliations and balance analysis.
Translate and prioritize: convert Group requirements into actions and flag risks.
Build trust: become a credible Group Finance contact through on-site work.
Share learnings: document findings and feed lessons into future acquisitions.
