Job summary

Unit4 is seeking a Product Success Partner (U4 Financials) to drive adoption, value realisation, and process optimisation within customer environments. You will work with CSMs to connect business objectives with Unit4 Financials capabilities.

You will identify adoption gaps, guide finance-focused improvements, and collaborate with product, consulting, and engineering teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in ERP consulting or related delivery roles.
• Strong knowledge of core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success Managers to shape and evolve Customer Success Plans.
• Identify adoption gaps and optimisation opportunities in Unit4 Financials.
• Help customers improve financial efficiency, reporting accuracy, governance, and decision-making.
• Promote standard functionality and reduce customisation to drive adoption.
• Analyse customer usage to identify value realisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and accelerate outcomes.
• Provide voice of customer to Product and Engineering to drive improvements.
• Act as trusted adviser on financial process optimisation and digital transformation initiatives.
