Versigent in Kraków is seeking a detail‑oriented role focused on digitizing scanned documents with OCR and ensuring data accuracy within our invoicing processes. You will analyze discrepancies across accounting systems, troubleshoot exceptions, and coordinate daily work with Invoice Processing, Helpdesk, Automation, and CI teams.

Ideal candidates bring a proactive, collaborative mindset, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with OCR, automation, and RPA.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under time pressure.
• Experience with OCR, automation, RPA, or invoice processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Digitizing scanned documents using OCR and ensure data accuracy.
• Analyzing discrepancies and identify root causes across accounting systems.
• Troubleshooting exceptions, duplicates, and rejected items in automated invoice processing.
• Coordinating daily work with Invoice Processing, Helpdesk, Automation, and CI teams.
• Supporting scope expansion by analyzing new vendors and collaborating with RPA Developers.
• Implementing improvements and follow up on corrective actions.
• Providing reports and analysis as needed; support team members with daily tasks.
