Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong documentation and requirements management abilities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Support solution design by ensuring proposed functionality aligns with business objectives.
• Validate delivered solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, process maps, and training materials.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to support operational and financial decision-making.
• Monitor key business and operational metrics and provide actionable insights.
