Job summary

HRK S.A. is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join the Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role combines accounting and controlling responsibilities, with a strong focus on financial reporting, month-end closings, reconciliations, and internal controls.

You will work closely with local and international Finance teams, ensuring IFRS compliance and smooth group reporting, while supporting statutory, tax and audit activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance or controlling
• Experience in an international organization and/or Big4 environment
• Very good knowledge of IFRS and local accounting regulations
• Experience with local tax reporting and statutory requirements
• Understanding of internal controls / SOX
• SAP experience will be an advantage
• Other language skills like Italian or French at least intermediate level are nice-to-see
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
• Prepare financial reporting, reconciliations and variance analysis

Requirements
