Job summary

Antal SSC/BPO in Kraków is seeking a Financial Accounting Operations Senior Manager to lead end-to-end accounting close and regulatory reporting processes. You will coordinate reconciliations, ensure IFRS compliance, and drive process improvements while working with international stakeholders.

The role requires extensive experience with IFRS and Regulated Covered Bonds, strong Excel skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience with advanced financial reporting.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS standards and reporting principles.
• Understanding of financial products, especially Regulated Covered Bonds.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (including macros) and advanced analysis.
• Fluent English (C1) in speaking and writing.

Your responsibilities

• Actively participating in and coordinating the period end close and balance sheet reconciliation & substantiation processes.
• Preparing inputs and reporting for regulatory and group purposes (IFRS, FINREP, CE).
• Monitoring accounting controls and ensuring compliance of documentation and procedures.
• Supporting process transformation by identifying areas for automation and solving analytical problems.
• Collaborating daily with international stakeholders.

Our requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in accounting and advanced financial reporting.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS standards and financial reporting principles.
• Understanding of financial products, with a strong emphasis on Regulated Covered Bonds.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (including macros) and advanced analytical skills.
• Proactive approach, flexibility, and a strong drive to implement process improvements.
• Fluent English (C1) in both speaking and writing.
