Job summary

SGS seeks a Sub-Regional Finance Business Partner to connect the Finance Shared Services Center with regional and local teams. You will translate business needs into efficient finance operations and own governance of performance metrics.

You will build relationships with Finance Directors and business leaders, act as a strategic partner, and identify opportunities for value creation and process improvements across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, including exposure to business partnering, performance management, controlling, FP&A or finance operations.
• Knowledge English and Spanish at a minimum C1 level.
• Strong ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Finance Directors, Business Leaders and other key stakeholders across the region.
• Act as a strategic partner, translating business expectations into clear operational requirements for FSSC teams.
• Identify opportunities for value creation and service improvements.
• Provide recommendations based on financial and operational performance trends.
• Own governance, monitoring and reporting of FSSC performance metrics.
