Job summary

Demant Polska is seeking a Finance Application Coordinator to support and improve our finance applications landscape. You will coordinate initiatives, provide user support, and contribute to automation projects across Finance, IT, and external vendors.

In this role you will help ensure applications operate effectively in daily finance operations, organize training, and maintain documentation while working in a hybrid setup at Szczecin offices. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with finance applications (Basware, SAP Concur) and ERP systems (AX, D365).
• Strong understanding of finance processes and system workflows.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving approach; attention to detail.
• Experience supporting users and delivering trainings.
• Fluent in English; strong communication with diverse teams.
• Interest in process improvements, automation, and systems development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and enhancement of finance applications and adoption.
• Provide user support and guidance for finance applications; resolve issues.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives within finance apps.
• Coordinate activities across Finance, IT, and external vendors on projects.
• Monitor finance processes in applications and ensure day-to-day effectiveness.
• Support testing activities for changes and implementations.
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment across applications and master data.
• Organize and deliver training for application users; support adoption.
• Maintain and improve documentation, procedures, and user guides.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
