Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives focused on business process enablement and stakeholder alignment. You will combine program management expertise with deep finance knowledge and SAP experience to deliver system improvements.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury, design and optimize processes, and drive readiness activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager in finance transformation or ERP projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of Finance Accounting, AP, AR, Treasury.
• Hands-on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Independent, proactive and adaptable in changing environments.
• Location: Hybrid in Lodz, Poland with 3 days onsite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage finance transformation programs.
• Bridge between business stakeholders, finance teams, and delivery teams.
• Provide SME across AP, AR, Treasury.
• Support design, optimization, and implementation of finance processes and systems.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and cross-workstream alignment.
• Create content, process documentation, training materials, and readiness activities.
• Identify risks and opportunities throughout the program lifecycle.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration for project success.
