Job summary

SGS is seeking an AI leader to shape and deliver the enterprise AI agenda for Finance. You will drive strategy, build a portfolio of AI initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams to scale value while embedding responsible AI, privacy and controls.

You will collaborate with Finance Operations, IT and Risk to ensure adoption, governance and measurable benefits across a global organization with a flexible hybrid work model and access to SGS University resources.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance transformation, AI or digital programs
• Strong understanding of Finance operations and end-to-end processes; experience in shared services or global matrix environment is preferred
• Practical understanding of generative AI, machine learning, automation, analytics and the data foundations required to scale them
• Demonstrated experience applying responsible AI, data privacy, security, risk and control principles in an enterprise setting
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to quantify value and manage investment

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy and roadmap development for Finance with multi-year horizons
• Own the Finance AI portfolio from ideation to governance and scaling
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers and product owners
• Ensure responsible AI, data privacy, security and controls across implementations
• Drive adoption, capability building and value realization across the organization
• Influence executives and stakeholders across a global matrix to align priorities
