Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an experienced Finance Advisor (Assistant Director) to partner with CBS France, delivering analytical support and reporting solutions in a global, virtual environment. The role partners with leaders to translate financial data into strategic insights, while supporting month-end, forecasting, and planning processes.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in accounting/analysis, strong English, and French language skills preferred.

Qualifications

Graduate and/or professional certification in Accounting or Finance.
+7 years of experience in a related accounting or analysis function.
Strong spoken and written English.
French language is preferred.

Responsibilities

Consolidate and analyze financial data (Actual, Plan and Forecast) to support decision-making in Region Executive meetings.
Prepare reporting and analysis to identify key focus areas based on performance with insightful commentary for stakeholders.
Coordinate key financial processes including Plan, Forecast, Month End, Year End.
Respond to ad hoc requests to answer business questions using various data sources and analytical techniques.
Raise the profile of the Finance team within the business and contribute to professional development.
