Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a highly skilled engineer to lead installation, commissioning and lifecycle support of liquid cooling systems for data centers, AI and enterprise servers. You will collaborate with customers to tailor cooling solutions, ensure seamless system integration, and deliver technical presentations and training to teams.

Minimum 5 years of experience in cooling systems startup and maintenance is required; a bachelor's degree in mechanical or thermal engineering is

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, thermal engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in cooling system start up, commissioning, maintenance, and repair, focused on liquid cooling.

Responsibilities

Lead installation, commissioning and lifecycle support of liquid cooling systems for data centers, AI, HPC, and servers.
Ensure seamless integration of cooling solutions into existing and new infrastructure.
Collaborate with customers to understand cooling requirements and develop customized solutions.
Serve as SME in liquid cooling technologies, including CDUs and L11+ rack design.
Coordinate projects from conception to completion, including problem resolution and process development.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers and internal teams.
