Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a highly skilled engineer to lead installation, commissioning and lifecycle support of liquid cooling systems for data centers, AI and enterprise servers. You will collaborate with customers to tailor cooling solutions, ensure seamless system integration, and deliver technical presentations and training to teams.

Minimum 5 years of experience in cooling systems startup and maintenance is required; a bachelor's degree in mechanical or thermal engineering is

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, thermal engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in cooling system start up, commissioning, maintenance, and repair, focused on liquid cooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, commissioning and lifecycle support of liquid cooling systems for data centers, AI, HPC, and servers.
• Ensure seamless integration of cooling solutions into existing and new infrastructure.
• Collaborate with customers to understand cooling requirements and develop customized solutions.
• Serve as SME in liquid cooling technologies, including CDUs and L11+ rack design.
• Coordinate projects from conception to completion, including problem resolution and process development.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Support Services:Lead in the installation, commission and lifecycle support of liquid cooling systems for data centers, AI, HPC, and enterprise servers.
• System Integration:Ensure seamless integration of cooling solutions into existing and new infrastructure.
• Customer Collaboration:Work closely with customers to understand their cooling requirements and develop customized solutions.
• Technical Expertise:Serve as a subject matter expert in liquid cooling technologies, including Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs) and L11+ rack design.
• Project Management:Coordinate technical aspects of projects from conception to completion, including problem resolution and process development.
• Technical Presentations:Prepare and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers and internal teams.

Skills Required:

• Technical Proficiency:Strong background in liquid cooling technology, including single-phase and facility-based cooling systems.
• Problem-Solving:Ability to address and resolve technical issues related to cooling processes.
• Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction and stakeholder management.
• Project Management:Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaboration:Ability to work effectively with engineering and manufacturing teams.
