Responsibilities

Achieve allocated sales targets (product sales, market share, visits).
Develop robust key account plans with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Access).
Promote J&J products to physicians in compliance with marketing strategy.
Record customer interactions in designated systems (e.g., iConnect).
Build professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Identify opportunities and propose improvements to drive patient care.
Organise promotional events aligned with ethical rules and marketing plans.
Territory management and data-driven strategy adjustments.
Provide input on strategy and competitor activity.
