Fluor Corp in Płock, Poland (on-site) is seeking a Field Engineering Manager to lead field engineering activities within the OSBL scope on a B2B contract. The role requires extensive experience in refinery or major industrial projects and strong coordination across Engineering, Construction, and Quality teams.

Responsibilities include acting as PMC focal point, resolving technical issues, reviewing design clarifications, and supporting commissioning and handover activities.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Process, or related discipline).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, LNG, or other major industrial projects.
• Experience in Field Engineering, Engineering Management, Construction Support, or EPC project delivery roles.
• Experience working within PMC, EPCM, EPC, or Owner's project organizations.

• Monitor compliance with project specifications, standards, procedures, and HSE requirements.
• Review field modifications and as-built documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on engineering progress, risks, and key issues.
• Support Mechanical Completion, Handover, and Commissioning activities.

• Previous experience in Field Engineering, Engineering Management, Construction Support, or EPC project delivery roles.
• Experience working within PMC, EPCM, EPC, or Owner's project organizations.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, multidisciplinary engineering coordination, and interface management.
• Experience with OSBL facilities, such as utilities, tank farms, pipe racks, power distribution systems, pipelines, and other plant infrastructure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
