ProjectZero - HSE Consulting Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced E&I Design Supervisor for a major project in Gdańsk, Poland.

You will supervise and coordinate electrical and instrumentation design activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, codes, and HSE standards. LNG terminals or similar energy projects are highly preferred. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills, with a technical degree and at least five years in large-scale offshore or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred).
• 5+ years in offshore LNG, oil&gas or similar large projects with E&I design supervision.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems; ability to read electrical drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate E&I design activities, ensuring compliance with project specs and industry standards.
• Review designs for power distribution, lighting, grounding, control and instrumentation systems.
• Ensure deliverables comply with applicable codes, standards and safety requirements.
• Review engineering documentation, drawings, specs, schedules and design changes.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during the design phase and support construction activities.
• Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, constructability reviews and project meetings.

Position: E&I Design Supervisor
Location: Gdańsk, Poland
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months

We are looking for an experienced E&I Design Supervisor to join a major project in Poland. The role involves supervising and coordinating electrical and instrumentation design activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and HSE regulations. Previous experience in LNG terminals or similar energy projects is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate E&I design activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Review and coordinate designs related to power distribution, lighting, grounding, communication, control, and instrumentation systems.
• Ensure engineering deliverables comply with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.
• Review engineering documentation, drawings, technical specifications, schedules, and design changes.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during the design phase and provide engineering support to construction activities.
• Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, constructability reviews, and project meetings.

Education:

• Technical education or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred).

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
• Ability to read, review, interpret electrical drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Valid driving license (Category B).
• Good command of English.
• Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in offshore, LNG, oil&gas or similar large-scale projects, including E&I design supervision and coordination.
