Job summary

AbbVie’s Allergan Aesthetics division is seeking a Product Specialist to manage customer relationships with physicians and pharmacies in designated Polish districts. You will execute business plans, coordinate field activities, and drive sales performance of the AA product portfolio in your territory.

You will develop strategic plans, train partners, and identify opportunities to grow market share while adhering to ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education is required.
• 2–3 years of PS, medical representative or equivalent in healthcare or medical aesthetics.
• English – intermediate or above.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Management: drive sales and achieve territory objectives; present policies and seasonal offers; develop sales strategies.
• Customer Relationship Management: build long-term, ethical customer relationships; train and support on product use; organize events.
• Planning: daily activity planning to meet targets; use CRM for KPI reporting; manage budgets and update the business plan.
