Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Electrical Installation Manager to lead installation teams across multiple projects in the commercial/industrial sector. The role focuses on quality assurance, safety, and timely delivery of electrical installations in a field-based setting.

Applicants should have 5+ years in electrical installations, strong leadership, and BS7671 knowledge. Commercial Solar PV experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial or industrial electrical installations.
• Experience managing or supervising electrical installation teams.
• Commercial Solar PV experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of BS7671, QA and installation standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical Installation Engineers and Lead Engineers across multiple projects.
• Carry out technical inspections and QA checks.
• Ensure installations comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Mentor engineers and support their development.
• Work closely with Design Engineers, Project Managers and the wider Operations team.
• Review installation plans and resolve technical issues.
• Manage materials, installation quality and project progress.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Produce progress reports and communicate with key stakeholders.
• Drive a positive safety and quality culture across all projects.
