Waters is seeking an Application Specialist to support customers after sale and during solution implementation across Northern and Western Poland, with regular visits to hospitals and private laboratories. The role invites candidates from the Pomorskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, or Wielkopolskie regions and requires regular customer visits.

The job focuses on delivering product expertise, training, and collaboration with Sales to drive successful deployments in regulated, high-volume environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Laboratory Diagnostics, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a laboratory, diagnostics, medical device, or related environment.
• Good understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic processes.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in resolving technical issues related to laboratory instruments and reagents.
• Provide product and application expertise to customers and the sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with laboratory professionals and key customers.
• Work closely with Sales Representatives and Account Managers throughout the customer journey.
• Deliver product training and support the implementation of new solutions.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
