• Degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Laboratory Diagnostics, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a laboratory, diagnostics, medical device, or related environment.
• Good understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic processes.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• English at a communicative level (B1-B2).

• Support customers in resolving technical issues related to laboratory instruments and reagents.
• Provide product and application expertise to customers and the sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with laboratory professionals and key customers.
• Work closely with Sales Representatives and Account Managers throughout the customer journey.
• Deliver product training and support the implementation of new solutions.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

About the Role

• The Application Specialist supports customers both after the sale and during solution implementation, as well as throughout the sales process. The goal is to enhance knowledge and awareness necessary for decision-making or for introducing procedural changes in hospitals, private laboratories, or research institutions, based on accurate and expert information about the product or solution.
• This field-based position covers Northern and Western Poland. We welcome applications from candidates living in the Pomorskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, or Wielkopolskie regions and who are comfortable with regular customer visits across the territory.
