Job summary

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Technology Field Application Engineer IP&E Poland to act as a technical project manager, interfacing between customers, partners, and the sales team.

You will drive demand by maximizing content across interconnect, EM, passive and power products and develop strategic technical plans with suppliers and customers. You will also build strong customer and supplier relationships, expand business potential through targeted projects with key clients, and

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years experience with electronic products or technologies.
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in the Polish electronics market and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical project manager and interface between customers, partners, and sales.
• Drive demand by promoting Interconnect, EM, Passive, and Power Supply content.
• Build relationships through technical initiatives and supplier programs.
• Develop strategic technical plans by supplier, technology, or customer solution.

• Attend supplier trainings in person or via calls.

What You Will Do:

• Act as a technical project manager, serving as an interface between customers, partner companies, and the sales team.
• Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow Interconnect, Electromechanical, Passive and Power Supply content in designs.
• Build and develop customer and supplier relationships by creating technical initiatives and programs.
• Develop and drive strategic technical plans by supplier line, technology, or customer solutions.
• Take responsibility for expanding business potential through targeted project work with strategic customers.
• Partner with the sales team, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.
• Attend supplier training sessions in person and via conference calls.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A professional with 5 years of experience working with electronic products or technologies.
• A completed degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or comparable education/professional experience.
• Experience and understanding of the Polish electronics market.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a sense of innovation.
• Experience as a technical point of contact.
• Good knowledge of Interconnect,Electromechanicaland Passive products.
• Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel regionally.

Language requirements: Polish and English.

Located in Poland.
