Arrow Global Components, part of Arrow Electronics, is seeking a Field Application Engineer IP&E in Poland. You will act as a technical interface between customers, partners, and the sales team, driving demand for interconnect, electromechanical and passive content in designs.

The role requires 5 years in electronics, a relevant engineering degree, Polish market knowledge, strong communication, and willingness to travel regionally. Remote work options and a permanent contract are offered.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in the Polish electronics market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and speak Polish & English.

Responsabilidades

What You Will Do:

• Act as a technical project manager, serving as an interface between customers, partner companies, and the sales team.
• Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow Interconnect, Electromechanical, Passive and Power Supply content in designs.
• Build and develop customer and supplier relationships by creating technical initiatives and programs.
• Develop and drive strategic technical plans by supplier line, technology, or customer solutions.
• Take responsibility for expanding business potential through targeted project work with strategic customers.
• Partner with the sales team, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.
• Attend supplier training sessions in person and via conference calls.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A professional with 5 years of experience working with electronic products or technologies.
• A completed degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or comparable education/professional experience.
• Experience and understanding of the Polish electronics market.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a sense of innovation.
• Experience as a technical point of contact.
• Good knowledge of Interconnect, Electromechanical and Passive products.
• Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Language requirements: Polish and English.
• Located in Poland.
