Job summary

Arrow Global Components, part of Arrow Electronics, is seeking a Field Application Engineer IP&E in Poland. You will act as a technical interface between customers, partners, and the sales team, driving demand for interconnect, electromechanical and passive content in designs.

The role requires 5 years in electronics, a relevant engineering degree, Polish market knowledge, strong communication, and willingness to travel regionally. Remote work options and a permanent contract are offered.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with electronic products or technologies.
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in the Polish electronics market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and speak Polish & English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical project manager between customers, partners and sales.
• Drive demand by maximizing Arrow IP&E content in designs.
• Build customer and supplier relationships through technical initiatives.
• Develop strategic plans by supplier line, technology or customer.
• Expand business potential with targeted projects for strategic customers.
• Partner with sales to provide technical support and promote demand creation.
