Job summary

Arrow Global Components is seeking a Field Application Engineer IP&E in Poland to act as a technical project manager, interfacing between customers, partners, and the sales team. You will drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow IP&E content in designs and develop strategic technical plans with suppliers and customers.

The role is remote with a permanent contract, located in Poland and requiring English and Polish language skills. Travel regionally is expected as part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with electronic products or technologies.
• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree or comparable education/experience.
• Experience and understanding of the Polish electronics market.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a sense of innovation.
• Experience as a technical point of contact.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Polish and English language proficiency.
• Located in Poland.
